Bloat, at least some of it.  High doses of Test like yours will do it, stay off the salty foods.

Oh, and welcome to the fatty club, lol.  Get longer needles too, lol.

Where's the Lawyer these days to tell us about his pizza and ice cream fueled gains? TheChubbyRex is MIA too, and Hank.  RBL was missing but he reappeared.

I traded weight. I didn't drop all of the lbs I wanted to. But I lost a bit of fat and saw some decent muscle growth. Now I'm hoping the bloat will drop and a few more lbs will come off. E was spot on, so I didn't want to up the Adex any more to lose the bloat.

Do you get some fish in the traps?

With crab traps here you sometimes will.

In CA, we don't get much wild caught salmon. It's illegal to sell what you catch out of the river. And you have to catch them early in the run, or they are just beat up. Lobster and crab is either crappy quality, or very expensive. I end up sticking some sort of cheap white fish when local.

We did just do a run to the coast. Fort Bragg has some good seafood, but you pay a bit for it.

We have lots of fresh seafood here. It's not expensive either. Even sushi grade salmon is only $7/lb

Sure, there is some good food in the ghey bay. But like you said, you have to not mind the price. I'm self employed. It's my job to mind the price. Some days, that's literally all I do is mind prices. My office manager says on Thursdays, I'm only good for my signature (check run). Also, I live in bum fuck nowhere CA. A few things are hard to come by out here. Good seafood is one of them.

Good fruit, we have. Nectarines just came off. White peaches are next. Plums after that. Strawberries and blackberries are ready now too.

I hate that. When something looks so good, and tastes like grass. A lot of fruit and some berries don't package or ship well. You literally have to pick and consume. Our white peaches are that way. Best fruit on the planet. Worlds better than any store bought peach. But since it has a 2-3 day dwell time before going bad after picking, they don't grow them commercially. We don't strip the trees. We will only pick what we will eat that day (same for giving them to friends and neighbors).

What you are sold in stores, is what the farmer can make a profit on. Not what tastes the best.

Congrats on all the new stuff.

Speaking of carbs... I think I can confidently say processed/refined carbs cause the inflammation that really messes with my hip. Alcohol can also contribute to this. Compared to the period that I was lowT, out of the gym, and in quite a bit of pain I eat very little junk and hardly drink. When I got my nutrition squared away I was also lifting hard and the pain went away. I figured it was everything being stronger and improved mechanics that lead to being relatively pain free. While that stuff most definitely helped, I would still occasionally get fits of pain here and there. Since I was used to a lot less pain and I realized that maybe I just wouldn't have to live with constant pain for the rest of my life I wanted to figure out why.

The difference whenever I have bad pain is what I eat/drink the day before. Breads seem to be the worst culprit, then alcohol. Luckily it isn't like an on/off switch but more like a dimmer. So if I have a little, no big deal. As I have more, it becomes more of an issue.

I am pretty happy I figured out the missing link as to why the pain would get worse.

I like those as well. Sometimes I'll use 23x1". 25's are a bit annoying to load, but you get used to it. I don't like using a separate needle to draw with due to a little bit of waste.

25g 1", but I have to find lean parts to inject

Those ventro glutes or whatever they are called are super easy, quads are super easy and as long as I get the right spot on the glutes it's not a problem either.  Pretty much if I can reach it on the glutes it's not a fatty part.
