I bought a 6.5 swede hunting rifle which I plan to use for hunting and for long range shooting (about 600 or so yards for me). Does anyone know of a very accurate commercial factory round that does both because I don't load my own (don't have the time, or space to do so). Thanks

lapua has the most offerings, the 123 scenar high velocity is good.

Check out the Hornady offerings. The 140 SST would be excellent for hunting and the match load would be good for plinking or target use. You could use the SST for both but might cost a little more.

I think I answered my question this morning
5 shots at 200 yards with Federal power shock. 140 grains I think the stringing was due to a hot barrel |
