I just ordered a take off RPR stock to put on my Savage stealth. I have a castle nut I can use. Is that all I need?

Or will I need an MDT fixed/folding stock adapter and carbine stock end plate?

If you want it to fold your need a folder mech.

Definitely!

I have an RPR, but I've never removed the stock, so I don't know if it requires the end plate or not.

It looks nice, but I'm not sure if it'll work with the RPR stock. MDT makes a nice side folder as well.

Does anyone know if it'll work without an end plate?

If the stock is like a PRS the LOP might be long.  The PRS doesn't work on the Stealth.  I went with an XLR with their side folder on my Stealth.

FYI - There is a set screw underneath you need to loosen before removing the tube on the Stealth.

You need the end plate.

Does that keep the stock together?

Well, it's not going to work. The cheek riser doesn't raise high enough. Back to the drawing board.
