PWS recommended I use their barrel and since I have got it back it has worked well. One thing that I have found is that feeding can be messed up if people try to hold on to the magazine while cycling the action (Had a work buddy try that and it seemed to put the magazine at the wrong angle). Other than that it has been great. Still need to get to a better 25-50yrd range for accuracy testing. IMHO getting one of these with a Gemtech Mist (or similar integrally suppressed barrel) would be awesome. PWS trigger is sweet and you can adjust it just the way you want (I would say it is even better than my Kidd trigger). |

Hit the mag release and a spring pop's the mag out with a helper spring. The trigger has a sliding safety similar to a M1 Gararnd. Trigger brakes at 2.5 lbs. I also have a interchangeable 0 moa rail that changes out this a allen wrench. Haven't shot it yet due to the weather, and my constant 7days a week work schedule. https://c2.staticflickr.com/2/1602/24354066126_b6d10fb5b8_b.jpg View Quote Nice rifle |

Spent some time today at the range with my Remington 40X 22 lr repeater.
Found a cat sized bush about 465-467 yards away. The wind died down quite a bit and TimK and I started plinking away. It took about 35-36 feet of elevation to connect. Once we had it dialed in, hitting that bush was pretty easy. Tried to hit the 600 yard targets but didn't have the time/energy/motivation to keep plinking. Just seeing the hits at 465 was a challenge. Very very very happy with my conversion. Two of three rifles are done. Number three will get the conversion by Jonathan Elrod in a month or two. This one has a Lilja 17 inch barrel and a JET Integral suppressor. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=orqJ1EPKmtU |

Here's my CZ455 Tacticool with a Athlon Argos 8-34. Had my first match over the weekend and managed to place 13th of 38 shooters, not to bad for never attending a competition before and the first time firing this rifle. The stock trigger is really good out of the box, I'm not sure if I will be replacing it with the Yo-Dave yet. I went 2 for 2 standing on a 200 yds Wolf silhouette so I'm not quite ready to change much on the rifle. Needless to say I'm now hooked to the 22 precision world.
" /> Zero verification before match. It would have been a great group but I'm still getting used to the trigger and that flyer was me being to quick on the trigger. " /> Here's the standing Wolf silhouette shoot. " /> Hostage Stage through the sniper hole, engage the hostage taker at 53, 61, 81, 89, and 98 yds. " /> |

^ super quiet.
Can't wait to get my hands on one of the FV-SRs one of these days. I bought the regular MKII and popped a Nikon fixed 4x scope on it and its stupid accurate. I wanna try the FV-SR with a little more magnification and a suppressor. |

Then, as I look more and more carefully, I start to notice some subtleties. It is a really nice package. |
