I would like to shoot heavy bullets to get better groups.

Up close (inside 300 yards) flat base bullets shoot better,
out past 500 yards, boat tail bullets shoot better due to lower drag, even if they have more yaw in the barrel than flat based bullets.
It also depends on what you think heavy is::
In 308 heavy is 190 gr and up, 175 is basically the standard for longer ranges, 168 for shorter ranges. {Hint: more guns can shoot 168s better than 715s}
what kind of barrel would you recomend me?

For the price of a barrel, I recommend that you buy 500 rounds of ammo and shoot it all in preparation of the match.
Once you have completely shot out the first/factory barrel, then go put on a high quality barrel from a top quality barrel shop.
