Reading through the out door annual last night: I came across the projected light illegal acts paragraph. I wanted to know if it was illegal to flashlight shoot hogs, as they are an exotic animal and nonindigenous, but are they can still considered a game animal?

the only way to kill hogs that is not approved is by the use of explosives

They are not considered a game animal.  No bag limits, no light restrictions, no season.  Just kill the sons of bitches.

I don't know any local game warden in my area that would care if you used napalm or cluster bombs.

Yes its legal.  If you are going to be spotlighting for hogs, its also courteous (but not required) to let the game warden in your county know beforehand.

Someone from TX recently posted that explosives are now legal (to be fair, it was in GD).

Not gonna lie, Tannerite and a bunch of nuts/bolts/nails in a 5 gal bucket sounds pretty cool.

I can see it now, a five gallon bucket of Tannerite in the middle of a pile of feed corn. Wait until it is surrounded by hogs and one shot to the bucket. It would be awesome IMO.

Did  search on YouTube , all I found was people blowing up dead hogs with tannerite. One vid was of a bottle of propane blowing up amongst a group of hogs....pretty funny.

Yeah that's all I've seen.

If it's of questionable legality, I wouldn't upload it.

There's a really good one making the email rounds of tannerite vs live pigs.

Piggy parts go flying everywhere.

You do realize spreading nails around your pasture with explosives or having hogs tear it up are not the only two options, right?
