My brother and I went hunting on Friday night on a ranch that he and I grew up on.
Killed pigs everywhere.
Just me and him.
3 pvs-14's
One ls-64 flir thermal
2 sbrs
2 cans
A little whiskey
A ranger crew

And a lot of memories

We hunt here all the time but nights like this one will keep you going during the dry runs.
Didn't get in bed till 5 AM

Brother found some of  the 10 or so we were pretty sure we killed but could not find yesterday.

Ohhh and rabies free if anyone was wondering.

Really?
It was balls hot here all day.  Like 101 and humid.
I think everything laid up all day during the heat and started moving after dark. Got in to one group of 8 or so in the trees and stalked to kill 3. The other two were singles just out grinding.   Maybe the weather had more to do with it than the moon.  We definitely could spot them better in the Nv.
