OK. Have the KX1 hooked up to the 80m dipole. Will give it a shot tonight with 2W.

If you worked a W4 in TN it was probably me.
I haven't heard anything on 40, but got 8 contacts on 80 so far. I heard a couple of stations trying to call me, but couldn't pull them out of an S7 noise level. Added 5 more stations for a total of 13. 80 is showing summertime noise levels. |
