Someone here was asking about this the other day. Lately I have been using Cubic SDR for a project. It has a neat feature built in to control radios (along with a lot of other cool things).
One thing I like besides the clean UI is the ability to add multiple demodulators. So you could listen to 14.070 on a rig sound card and use a second sound card to listen to old Karl on 14.313 It is also cross platform which is really nice. Here is a link http://cubicsdr.com
