Finally got this one after months of listening for him. I just haven't been able to hear anything from that part of the world...though they are off a null of my dipole so I can't expect much.

They are currently on

10m is wide open to Europe.  Just got in from shoveling another foot of snow, about 5' already. The waterfall is full of JT65 and there are 4 JT9s I can see up to the first 3 KHz.  Probably a lot more further up.
