No idea. Have no idea on that stuff. I just talk to contacts that sound cool and they were doing a DX expedition onto an island I had to look up, sounded cool to me. I don't even really check to see which contacts I submit get confirmed. I only submit them because other people seem to appreciate it and they tell me how many points I am worth or whatever.
