I'm running some 20m jt65 with an end fed in the living room of my apartment. Not hearing a whole lot, but that's probably due to my high noise level. If anyone in TX, OK, LA, or NM wants to try for a QSO I'm monitoring 14.078 14.076 +1400
QRT with nothing heard and it's past my bedtime. |

I'm off the air for a while, tropical storm rolling in.

I'll be on for awhile tonight and can do pretty much any mode and any freq. My CW is subpar so I prefer SSB or digital.

Just got back on calling CQ at 14250 I hear faint noises and can make out occasional words but not strong enough for a QSO. |

Just got my call sign approved thru Echolink, QSO'd with a guy operating a repeater out of his dorm room in Socorro, NM, which is weird because Echolink said the node was in Denver. I'll keep playing around with it. |
Still around?

Me?

Yessir.

Just monitoring the W0WYX repeater (449.825) locally. Got in touch with a couple fellers on Echolink but that's it.
What's going on? |
Threw a call on the .045, heard nothing. Wandered. Just threw a call out on the .825. Thought you might wanna yack.
I heard a tone but no traffic. I might have to jack around with my setting again.
I threw a call out, did you hear anything?
On occasion I get some pretty horrendous staticky noise. |
VS?
Heh? Is that a setting or something I need to fix?
For some reason I can't hear certain people. All I get is the repeater tone. Are you familiar with this repeater? Does it need a ctcss tone for receiving too? |
I heard a VS call sign. Thought it might be you. Not hearing anything on the 449.825.
I've got a few. Currently playing with an ID-5100.
Shoot me a PM. |
Setting the station back up after the storm, going to be on hf, who's in?
