Holy crap, I have never had a cucumber crop like this! Rains every day, and the damn things triple in size overnight
 . I just went out and pulled from my 4 plants enough to make 3 quarts and a pint of dill pickles, and that was after I checked the plants Friday. I'm making dill chips this year, as I can pack more in a jar, and they work better on sandwiches.
I guess a few arfcommers here that know me personally will be getting a gift here soon

mine are flowering like crazy but at this point no cukes yet. I think they are not getting enough sun

I guess a few arfcommers here that know me personally will be getting a gift here soon Yeah they grow fast. Gotta pull them every day or they get too big. Mine are just getting going and I see a few flowers but no fruit yet. Kitties |

My plants went crazy a couple years ago and I had no idea what to do with the cukes.
I started making a lot of sweet and dill relish and pickle chips. I think I still have 3 or 4 pints left. |

Think up new stuff to make with them.
They make good garnishes for bloody marys, or muddle in a glass then add gin and tonic.... for example. |

Better than potato chips
My favorite are salt & vinegar and they are very easy to make even if you don't have a dehydrator (google solar dehydrating in your vehicle). |
