10% unscented bleach solution for serious cleaning; I suggest a thorough rinse with distilled water afterwards. The hose might need a brush run through it; Hard to tell if the hose needs brushing, especially if covered/tinted. Just do it. Don't forget to disinfect/clean the detachable mouthpiece/bite valve, which might involve some minor dis-assembly. Typically the mfr of the bladder offers cleaning kits, which are comprised of a tube brush, some cleaning tabs (Polident), and a device to hold the bladder open to aid in drying. Hose internal diameter can vary amongst mfrs, so buy the kit from the mfr. Source hoses and Camelbak hoses are the same ID, and will accept hose accessories from either mfr, which I encourage, since CB has an extensive listing of such.
I would not use soap in cleaning the bladder because unless the soap is completely removed, GI issues might develop. Fastidious folks might use distilled water to rinse prior to long-term storage.
