Does anyone have a source for recipes for common things like ketchup, pizza sauce, and etc. using tomato powder? And making things like mayonaise and other such stuff? I know there's some small groups of them out there and have found several references. I'd like to find some sort of a complete reference in print and .pdf if possible.

Any ideas?

What I have been thinking about is when rationing begins. I have started looking into how the past generation made it through the first and second world wars. There are plenty of youtube series about how they made it, plenty of pdfs of cookbooks from that era, as well as websites of people trying to live like those times. This is just one example:
