Looking for a little help with finding a good prepper / survivalist medical handbook.

Before any comments about google being my friend I have looked to the best of my abilities.

I have put together a pretty comprehensive "base station" medical kit. I also have IFAKs for the family and I in different gear setups. I have some first aid knowledge from my time in the Corps and some other job related stuff and I feel somewhat competent in those skills. That said I am looking for some suggestions on a survival medical handbook.  I am not looking for field surgery or military FM publications. I am searching for something my teenage and early twenties sons can use and understand. Would like it to be / have: Small (packable), Weatherproof, Easy to read & understand, Reference pictures, checklists for first aid and or first aid gear and any other field user friendly features.

I know my "wants" may not be all in one publication but if there is something close I am interested. I appreciate any thoughts, suggestions or guidance.

This a great place to start. The author is an ER doc at Stanford.

Check out the boy scout first aid book.  Army has a medic "handbook" that's spiral bound and relatively easy.  I'm not home for a few days but I'll post a lic if I remember this weekend

Check out the TINY First Aid guide. You can find them on Amazon and several other sites. They also make the TINY survival guide. TINY First Aid Guide

Thanks folks!!  I ended up going with a bundle deal from TINY. If they don't fill the gap I will look at the others. As far as the boy scout manual, well when I read what you said I was like "oh yeah....duh!!"  Prolly pick one of those up as well.

If you're just looking for medical stuff I could excise just the medical folder from my PDF collection and send it to you on a thumb drive via snail mail
