Awesome, congrats!  I got them on 10 CW yesterday at 2230, and heard them awesome at that same time today on 10 SSB but couldn't get through.  Also heard them on 12 CW at the same time both nights but with QSB and couldn't get through.  There's a very short window of propagation on those bands here.  I also hear them on 30 CW in the morning before work and haven't got them there either.  No other bands heard besides a really weak 17, but no 15 or 20 even when both coasts are spotting them.

Yeah they weren't very strong but had good ears.  Unfortunately, I'm phone only as of now.

Certainly not an easy one.  I see that you, I, and another Afrcom DX hound each have them confirmed once in the log right now.  I just checked a few calls off the top of my head, nothing extensive.

Here's to good luck on maybe a lower band before I go to work tomorrow.  I see that the guy 40 miles North of me got them on 80 CW!

I have barely heard them a few times on 12m CW & once on 30m. They have never been strong enough for me to work. I need better propagation or a bigger antenna!

same here but was xtra solid on 30m for the last hour and a half.
unfortunately I didn't get a qso.

I am surprised at how many xtra class hams can't figure out how to go split.
not talking about the one time call after a qrz without the "UP".  I mean repeatedly calling on top of the dx station.  after dx qrz with up1-3 and after other stations cry UP UP UP.
:)

thought I'd have a chance on 30m where lower power can play.

next time willis island, next time....

I think I got lucky with propagation.  Very few callers and he was working people all over the world.  A few in the central US, Canada, Asia, and Middle East.  Guys in Europe spotted that they weren't hearing anything at all.  ETA:  I worked him pointing West.  When I turned the beam East I lost him completely.

I'm anxiously waiting for the next log update.  I worked them more than a couple times this morning...

ETA:  I do see him spotted but the band is dead here.  I couldn't even reach my dad this afternoon on 15 when VOACAP online said 100% chance though.

Well, if he is working SSB, I'm not even going to bother turning on the radio.  I wouldn't be able hear him, and I certainly wouldn't be able to bust through the pileup.
