Black Friday is here again and I'm in the middle of gathering components for installing solar on our camper. My question is about batteries. Would it be better to get 2 100ah batteries or 1 200ah battery for a 12v system?

Im looking at the Li Time batteries. Specifically the 230ah battery vs 2 100ah mini batteries. There's about a $120 cost, the 230ah battery being more expensive. I have a space of 24.5" x 8" for a battery box.

I put a 400w solar system in an enclosed trailer to give us lights and 110v on the inside. The Renogy equipment works flawlessly.

The one thing I regret is not putting in the biggest battery bank I could afford.

Go bigger and be happy.

I bought two of the Renogy Hybrid 100AH batteries for my 300 watt system. I wish I would've stepped up and got the Lithium batteries from the start.

Get the biggest battery you can afford.
