I like the format you use. Makes for easy reading and still get the point across

Well written, great story line. Kinda dissappointing ending though. Thanks for posting, awaiting the sequel.

Yeah, got to admit to being disappointed in the ending as well. The beginning was detailed and thorough, then about midway through the entries were less detailed and seemed "rushed". Like the author was out of time or distracted.
The parallel stories never came together as seemed logical. It had an unfinished feel. |
|
I liked the ending. Sudden and violent, kinda like the main character's death. I was surprised, however, that it wasn't just the first-person diary entries that stopped, but also that the narrative on the other characters as well. Just because the guy at Union Creek died during the battle, why couldn't there have been another entry from Hood's perspective telling what happened?
All in all, well done and fun to read. |

I have to agree that I liked the story a lot and think it was good overall.
However the ending completely took the story down another path. Rather like the power going out 3/4 through a movie. |

Good story, but I also felt a little let down by the ending. Thanks much for your time and effort however.

Hoping for more details on the incident. Still like what you wrote.

Very disappointed in the ending., Feel almost like you got tired of writing and just ended it. Big let down.

|
Great story overall. Hopefully the ending is explained better in the next book.

Yes, there will be more detail related to the final battle in the sequel. It will be told from a couple different perspectives. Most likely, you'll also get hit by a couple fairly significant surprises in the early pages of the sequel.
Stay tuned .... |
