I am new around here but just wanted to add I ordered a PredatOBR about a month ago and can not wait till I am an owner of a LaRue rifle. Not only is it going to be my first LaRue but also my first AR. I have already placed 2 other orders with LaRue for goodies for my new rifle when I get it. I can't wait!!

There's some flaws with the Larue user account management and ordering system. Specifically, updating a new home address is not being recognized. I have sent customer service three direct emails and one online form request about products that were never delivered but were sent to an outdated address (the first address I used when setting up my account). Yes, my new address was updated well before items were shipped in the case on an item that took 14 months to obtain. Is Juli still an employee? and are the online customer feedback forms working as expected??
I contacted UPS who said the package was delivered but not to my home address. UPS also stated only the shipper can recall a package. Unsure what to do on the radio silence from Larure on my issue. Any advice is welcomed. |

ordered a surefire muzzle break for my obr 7.62 and the larue inventory sticker was not matching the product (got a surefire flash hider 7.62) Amy got the new (correct) one shipped out same day I spoke with her and got me a return label for the wrong item. everything went smoooooth thanks again!!! She was so friendly too!! This all happened about a week or so ago. And my T1 arrived today. Happy camper in California! |

I recently received a LT751 QD mount. The UPS/USPS service was as described, the mount was exactly what I was looking for and... it repeated as advertised. I've purchased in-stock LT products from a local shop in the past but dang, when I opened the box it was better than my past birthday and Christmas combined!
My friends are going to become even more Constitutionally verbose, my Libtard neighbors and co-workers are going to freakout when they see the bumper-stickers, I'll be able to open a beer without Channellocks and my cooking will resonate with Dillo Dust goodness. Thanks LaRue Tactical! |

Thumbs up to Larue for the package I just received in the mail. I wasn't expecting free stuff. The Dillo Dust, Beverage opening tool and hat will all be well used.
I ordered a LT745-30 SPR mount, I can't wait to get it mounted. Thanks Larue, awesome customer service and products. I will be buying more. |

Posted this on another tread. Thought I'd repeat it here. This was actually my second time modifying this order and Brent came to my rescue both times. Heck he isn't even a customer service guy, he's the IT guy!
So I decided that I needed another RAT Stock, checked my account to see that my "polymer discount' order was still "Pending" and e-mailed Brent the LaRue Tactical IT guy to see if again I could add another item (the RAT Stock w/ROD) to my order (again trying to save on the "everything over $200 ships free" deal). He promptly replied in the affirmative, and added it to my order. He went so far as to explain that LT was getting swamped with orders and they were getting a little backed up, and that they had decided to extend the sale. This is why I love doing business with LT. So a big salute to LaRue Tactical for a job well done! Brent go tell the Boss that I said you needed a pay raise for doing an outstanding job! Over that weekend I sent an email asking if I could change colors of the polymers and I got a response first thing Monday morning saying I couldn't change the order. Then on Tuesday the order partially shipped (some of it's on back order). I can live with the color I got (I shouldn't have been so indecisive), but I guess you can add items to an order but not make changes to what's on there? Not complaining just curious. |

Well, after waiting for a year and 14 weeks, I finally picked up my 16" OBR. I have never waited for anything that long in my life, and I would do it again (but only if I had to!). The rifle is beautiful. Id like to send a HUGE thank you to Juli for patiently and expertly answering my email in a timely and professional manner. This has been a great experience from start to finish.

I'd like to say thank you to Tony D. I had a very loose RAT stock. I sent in my lower and had it back in no time which was awesome considering it was during Christmas and New Year's. My buffer tube was in spec. The RAT stock was super loose. He replaced my black unit with a FDE one and even threw in a HH Diller! Can't get any better than that!

I emailed customer service after hours about the availability of a riflescope mount (LT139) and received an email from Dan before 8AM the following morning confirming it was in-stock.
I placed the order on 1/20 for an LT-139 and received it today (1/21). Thank you again for the superb customer service! |

Ordered the MBT-2S yesterday (Sunday) and included a note to tack on 2 firing pins (not on the website other than as part of the kit which I already have).
Sure enough, Order Completed today with 2 Firing Pins tacked on - shipping UPS. I'm putting the trigger in my OBR from August of 2014 and the trigger from that goes my 'stock' AR. Still only have about 100rds through the OBR. |

Mark, Just a quick note to let you know about the stealth your team worked over. Looking at my notes prior to sending it back to you the gun was running an average of 1.34 moa for all 5 shot groups. I just shot my first 5) 5 shot groups and it came in at .86 moa. A couple of the groups opened up thanks to yours truly so I expect this gun to come in right @ .6 moa when I get my act together. Thank you for your quality customer service. Shoot strait! |

I decided to purchase an Aimpoint Pro from LaRue as they have what I consider the best quick detach mount. I also decided to buy a Dillo because, well, why not? I was surprised to receive a UPS notification that my package was shipped. Usually what I get from other vendors is an email with a tracking number. I was really surprised how quick it was shipped. I placed the order at 3am last Sunday and received it on Tuesday. I was stoked to get it but was speechless when I opened the package. Daniel packed it and I was blown away by all the swag! You guys overwhelmed me and I can't thank you enough. It was definitely a wow moment. The LaRue hat has replaced my normal hat. I can't wait to use the Dillo rust. I can't express how wonderful this experience has been. This has made me want to do more business with you. Guess I need to start saving my money to purchase a rifle. I can only imagine the care that has gone into your rifles by experiencing the detail given to my order.

Just wanted to thank LaRue Tactical for their great customer service. I called today because I had a few questions on the Aimpoint T2 and some mount questions along with questions on the Trijicon Acogs. Tim was extremely helpful as he has been in the past and helped me immensely. Great company to deal with and every member of the team I've ever dealt with has been both knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.

Just ordered a couple odds and ends. Less than an hour from placing an order to getting the quantum view ship notification. Never had any order from anywhere go out that fast.

(Begin bitching) Please use something other than those damn t-screws when you attach the GAP panels. I've had 4 rifles that use them and I have had to cut a couple out every time. Happens every time. This time I stripped 6, the easy out worked on 3 and I had to dreamland a line through the other so I could use a flat head on it. I know I can't be the only one with this issue, why t? Maybe ship without them installed and we can put them on? (End bitching)
