Realizing of course that I am many days late and more dollars short of full price, any chance of this sale coming around again?
My CA pistol build could use a top shelf 12" barrel. Had to ask, thanks Mark :) A.W.D. |

Thanks Wes It's marks from where they clamp it to assemble it. I assumed that as well, but it doesn't seem like something typical of LT quality. One reason I've always bought from them is a sense that they go out of their way to make everything as close to perfect as possible vs looking the other way when an area might be out of sight once installed. For example, using a light weight $65.00 titanium gas block like you see here: From 2ndAMArms would leave those marks out in the open for the world to see. I don't plan to send my LT the barrel back but I have to say I'm a bit let down by this when I've purchased barrels from "budget" vendors like Radical Firearms or Red Barn Armory, that have a mark free finish. I guess I hope Mark and company take my comments as customer feedback to keep pushing forward with high quality, flaw free products. You guys built one heck of a reputation, no need to skimp on a minor but obvious detail. Wes |

No doubt about it, it's a solid and proven design, just thought you guys might be able to add a small strip of HDPE or Delrin to your fixtures that would prevent the finish wear. As a bit of a side question related to your gas blocks and oddball offerings.... I can't seem to find the PredatOBR gas block that interlocks with the barrel notch on your website...do you plan to offer it? The adjustment for suppression is pretty slick and I really like the alignment notch. Thanks Wes |

Order 2720XX from June 29 shipped yesterday, thanks very much for extending the sale. Picked up 18" Stealth and 16" PredatAR when I got the you can now get more than one email. I have a terrible time deciding these types of things.... Now to decide which one to put together first, I have my special sale MBT and a nice 1-6X scope ready to go.....

Serious question, is there really a need for adjustable block on a ar15?

Well... it sorta is when you look at the alternatives.
The SLR gas block is 1.3 oz and their titanium version is even lighter at 0.8 oz. Never used your Larue gas block before, but even if functionality and ease of use were the same, that's still more than double the weight at a minimum. Please don't pee on my future Larue gear Mark. |
