Wilson and I think the last aero I built were threaded. View Quote Aero threads the rear take down spring/detent hole. However, I've found that using even short set screws can cause the spring to be compressed too much and it makes moving the rear takedown pin a PITA. So, I normally trim 2-3 coils off those springs to make up for the set screw.
