Marsh,
I was just about ready to pull the trigger on a mount but am now rethinking it. Do you know what the g force rating or anything like those specs are for these prism sights? Usurp... |
|
Is the reticle etched so it can be used without a battery?
Seriously considering this scope. |

View Quote I will have to get the actual G force rating but well beyond any round that the reticle is designed for. We have tested the 2.6X on a shotgun more to test the mount that any worry about the scope internals. |

Any reviews yet? This is perfect for my needs since my dept. doesn't allow anything past 3x, but would like to see how it holds up to a beating. No reviews since they have not shipped yet. 2.5X is still 45 days out. No eta on 4X 45 days out? The sadness. |

Question about the reticle for the compact 4X.... Is it going to be the CQB reticle like the 2.5X or more like the reticle on the 1-6X? I am looking to set up my AR for 3 gun, and the 1-6X seems to be the popular choice, but it seems that the 4X with CQB reticle might actually be more useful for the majority of situations. Either way I would also have backup sights at a 45 degree angle. Any thoughts? It will be very similar to the 1-6X Is there a diagram you can post of the 4x reticle? |

Any chance this fixed 4x may come with some sort of hardware add-on to attach a docter type RDS ala the acog mount for the TAO1?
Being blind as a bat, I love the idea of a fixed 4 x but would like a red dot or something for my HD rifle. I love my 1-4x but it's become unwieldly. Thanks! |

With that reticle, is the outer ring set all the way on the edge of the glass? No its just a bit smaller then an Eotec reticle Dimitri So that we can get a better idea of what the reticle looks like in the scope, can we get ab actual picture of the sight picture? |

I hope the 4X has a reticle similar to the 1-6 but without the larger ranging marks. A good feature for sure on a longer range optic, but on 4X I think just the BDC will fit the bill.
I have a couple things to pay off but will be grabbing the 1-6 at some point soon. I might pass on the 2.5 since my vision is spotty at best for using both eyes open from about 1.25-3X. The 4X on the other hand will be mine. |

Is there a real significant difference between the magnification on the 3x vs this? Does the eye really perceive a huge difference is what I'm asking? Also you guys don't sell the turret covers to the 3x do ya? I lost one of mine after the wire retainer thing frayed and busted.

Woke up this teaser on YouTube this morning. Can't wait for that 4x. Would love to see a diagram of the reticle.

Any updates on price and availability on the 4x compact?
I am tempted on your current 2.5x special, but will wait for the 4x. Will the killflash work with the 4x? What differences are there in the 2.5x & 4x reticles? |

Will the ocular of a 2.5X fit over the top of a Magpul Gen2 MBUS rear sight?
