Only once did we hunker down because we were on a very narrow part of the trail right at a cliffs edge and visibility got very poor. 5 minutes later, sunny again. Thanks guys! We're definitely gonna try for kids now. I realized at some point over the last couple years that I'm not going to live long enough to accomplish everything I want, so I'd better start making kids to do it for me!
And we need more voters! |

The only thing I am missing and cannot find anywhere is a SF FH556-215A flash hider to mount my SF 556K suppressor. I have seen a couple of 212As but not a 215A. I can get .223 FGMM 77gr for 30% less than .308 FGMM 175gr. I only shoot steel and it will never know the difference. Lower price, same accuracy, lower recoil plus being a blast to shoot. Now like many reloaders forget, while they can make cheaper per round ammo, you are not ahead until you amortize all of the equipment, powder, dies, bullets, primers, brass, sundries, etc. It takes a long time to break even but if you shoot a lot, eventually you will. I figure I would have to shoot about 11,500 rds not counting at least two barrel changes to make up the $8k on this rig. Math was never my strong point which is why I'm a lawyer and not a doctor. |
