Be very leery my friends. First of all you don't get anything for free especially from the government.
Now, some of you guys may remember Hammond's Cove in Hartland. It was a great place to shoot. I learned to shoot there 60 years ago and myself and my family continued to shoot there until a few years ago. You see, the Hartland Fish and Game club got some "free upgrades" that made the range really nice but the club lost control of the range. Then someone from New Hampshire was crying about the noise and was going to sue the state. The Vermont Fish and Wildlife tried to make thing a bit more quiet but the whining and crying continued so they have changed things so much that most normal people that have jobs can no longer get range time due to the hours.
You may see that what was a freedom range has been castrated to a trophy of the snowflakes.
See for yourself:
Look HereI say take your free money and take a hike.
