When filling out the application, I was a bit surprised to see the questions regarding ever being arrested or charged with any crime, separate from actual convictions. Has anybody been denied for being arrested or charged for anything, even if not convicted?

I was arrested once when I was seventeen for trespassing but had that expunged a long time before applying for wear and carry. My advice is get everything expunged that you can.

There's the issue of pending charges and I'm not sure what the standard is on domestic abuse issues.
