Note the start time, rain or shine, unless it's raining an inch an hour or more, since this is a hike and not a swim.
New people are always welcome for our standard six miler (eight miles by mutual agreement), some of us are training up to 12 miles. If you're new, bring: Good shoes with good socks. Water, maybe a snack A way to carry said water or snack Flashlight/something with a light on recommended If requested, I can bring a scale to measure your loadout for reportable ruck marches for your APC ratings. If you don't know what that is, that's okay too. IM for step-off location, and the hiking routes are variable depending on the condition of the trails. |
