Rand Paul expected to be there to speak at rally. The Judiciary Committee in Kentucky is having a hearing December 15th at 10am on a Red Flag Bill called Crisis Aversion Rights Retention Act (CARR). The bill would allow the government to seize the firearms of any citizen. The bill would not require you to have committed a crime, been accused of committing a crime, or even suspected of committing a crime. Simply if the government feels you shouldn’t have guns, you would now be dragged in front of a judge to argue for your 2nd Amendment Right. Show up in Frankfort and make your voices heard. Wear something yellow to show support for the 2A. There will also be a bill to allow Kentucky to wiretap citizens that will be presented at this hearing as well. Rand Paul is also on the schedule to testify about another bill. |

Please inform others... The CARR bill, (a red flag law allowing the confiscation of a persons firearms without any commission of a crime), is up for committee review. The room is full, 99%, of anti gun nuts. The anti gun groups are: Moms Demand Action and Whitney Strong . Both have packed the committee meeting room. It is depressing to see he is 1 of only 2 progun people there. |
