Hello,
Anyone here knows an FFL that does private transfer in Winchester, Virginia? I'm not from the area and is meeting a gentleman from PA there tomorrow for a private sale. Thanks in advance!! |

Maybe Steel Reloaders or Jno. Solenbergers. I'm not positive that they do but it's worth a call to find out

Just want to update this thread with a happy ending!
Went to Miller's Ace Hardware in Stephens City and did the transfer. What an awesome hardware store with FN M249s and Ohio Ordnance Works M240B in it  Here's what I got
