Not a rant. I haven't been through Heathrow in over 30 years.

Why is it so hot ? The buses and trains were fast enough to get us around the terminals and to the gates.

Running through a crowded Harrod's to meet our departure was not fun.

I remember Heathrow being, more efficient. ?

British Airways is the suck nowadays. Sorry.
