My brother in law is going to be staying with us for a couple weeks during Christmas and really wants to go hunting. I typically only go after coyotes, so I don't have any permission for deer nor am I in a club. That leaves day hunts from outfitters. I know they're expensive, but he's only ever been hunting a few times in his life and really wants to go, so I'm doing the research. Google returns tons of results, but I want to exhaust my options. Anyone here have any experience with any outfitter in particular? Good or bad, I'd like to hear it!

Exactly. I don't deer hunt enough to know any half decent spots. And I feel that with what free time I'll have before the season starts, I'm not going to be able to scout enough. For as little as he gets to hunt, I'd rather not play the public land lottery. He's willing to pay for both of us go with an outfitter, so I'm willing to look around.
