I shredded about 15 lbs of smoked cheese. I never thought I would find myself in the position to say "wow, that was the best queso I've ever had" but then I met Virginia. Hopefully I can teach her something this weekend and learn her how her husband has been lacking.
As stated elsewhere, steaks for bros are provided for friday and I'm bringing some other goodies. |

List of munchies: veggie tray & homemade Ranch Chips & Queso Cream Cheese and homemade Cowboy candy(candied jalapeños) w/Triscuts & Wheat Thins Salad, dressing, bacon bits & croutons & shredded cheese Sack of potatoes for baked potatoes and tacos 2 kinds of homemade salsa Several kinds of Horseradish sauce Blue Cheese crumbles Baja on the torts Lug on the eggs Skidmarkasaurus on the bacon If anybody goes hungry it ain’t my fault Big thank you to Chida66 for getting the pig and Chas8008 for the ribs   As usual there isn’t a cover charge and nothing is expected but if anyone wants to chip in please direct it to Chida& Chas |
