I was at a local gun store and they had a Ruger Mark IV Competition without the slabside and with a round barrel.
I can’t find any information on this model, has anyone else seen one.
I’ll try to get a photo of it and more info from the dealer if I can get back to the store.
And by the way the receiver was engraved with the word Competition just like on the slabside.
This was not a target model.

That's odd.  I have a Mark IV Competition but it's the slab sided barrel.  Never seen a round barrel one.

Could be some exclusive run.  I know Ruger does exclusives that aren't on their website.  For instance here in Michigan there's a gun shop that gets limited run Ruger M77 Hawkeye Hunter rifles chambered in 450 Bushmaster which are not listed on Ruger's website.  Ruger used to do Lipsey exclusive releases of the No. 1 and they never listed a lot of those guns on their website, either.
