They'll fit (it appears the only difference is the grip extension sleeve), but you really shouldn't without the grip sleeves. Not only could it be uncomfortable, but I don't think they have an over-insertion-prevention tab like on modern Glock magazines.

EDIT: On the XDM series, Springfield used to sell the grip extension sleeves separately if you called the customer service.
