Just wanting to confirm if the PRO mags will fit in the Micro pistols?

They'll fit (it appears the only difference is the grip extension sleeve), but you really shouldn't without the grip sleeves. Not only could it be uncomfortable, but I don't think they have an over-insertion-prevention tab like on modern Glock magazines.
EDIT: On the XDM series, Springfield used to sell the grip extension sleeves separately if you called the customer service. |

While it is a little uncomfortable to shoot, I wouldn't worry about over insertion/seating if that is all you have. I have done it many times without issue.
