I have a hell of a time in hardcore mode because I play on a 23" monitor, and it's a real bastard to see distant enemies without spotting on.
Also, I think it's kind of ridiculous that the 'hardcore' HUD includes a minimap, but does not include an ammo counter. In this hardcore universe, the man knows exactly his position and orientation in space, but has _no idea_ how much ammunition he's carrying. |

47 and 55 inchers huh... Im on a projector in my spare room it take up about 3/4 of the wall top to bottom and about 6 ft wide... Wife hates it until she wants to watch her girly movies on it

I really love how the teamwork is rewarded in this game (i.e. SOFLAM/Javlin, MAV/Mortar, Medic, Engineer, etc.). You can still play effectively solo, but the reward of teamwork is awesome. I typically only play the DICE owned servers. I can't stand the rent-a-server thing for the most part. May have to check out the ARFCOM one though. jlk |
