I never much cared for it but then I only used the "reformulated" version that had either very little tallow or no tallow. |

When I first started shaving years ago I could get a decent lather from it, but not the last puck I tried. I think I still have a couple pucks. It was a good bargain soap especially for someone wanting to get into shaving. I can't justify using it with so many great shaving soaps out there.
