 How it is made. Layers of fresh eggs and dried eggs. Bucket is covered with a cotton cloth so it can breath. Was started last August and just taken out of the ground. |

That box it's on is an orange chicken box. I get them at costco.
Do you have a costco up there? Do the AKs make fish sauce like thai and other southeast asians do? If not, you should. I bet you could make some cool flavors and sell it to the Japanese for $45 an ounce. |
