Which shot timer?

Since I'll be testing some guns in the near future to help me decide which to buy. I'd like to grab a timer. What is worth considering that will be fine for your average shooter? Thanks!

The Pact only does the last string. I have had issues with the CED in the past, but the latest one seem to be reliable.

I was about to replace it but first contacted a PACT company rep. She told me how to change a setting and its been fine again now for several years.

The new one is a little more involved to use, but will pickup dry fires. Availability was spotty due to supply issues when I bought mine, not sure if that has improved but it might be worth a look.
