If you can’t fire him, at least assign them to yard and grounds maintenance.
Have them picking up trash and cleaning toilets until they retire. |

End tenure for the ones that signed and make it clear they will be individually investigated, emails etc looking for unprofessional behavior. Make it clear that the bar for termination is arbitrary and ambiguous

There have got to be ways to blacklist certain institutions that foster and encourage this kind of behavior

Feds have been going in hard against Christian schools that supposedly failed to provide their advertised education. Looks like this actually applies here

Most college professors are lazy, over paid children who couldn't make it the real world. I don't mean the ones who are teaching real skills, medical, engineering etc. Most are high school level classes and degrees that are worthless.
