The entire exercise, I believe, is just to keep Trump's name in the spotlight in a negative way. The judge allowed the "salacious" testimony not because it was relevant in any way, but because it might help put further stains on Trump's reputation. It gives the leftist assholes in the legacy media fodder for many hours worth of mud slinging, and ranting about what a horrible person he is. Someone must have recognized the judge screwed up and tried to spin the story to place the blame on the defense. That works when you can control the message. Not so much when we see the transcripts.

You clearly scrolled past and missed the pages and pages of Daniels morning direct testimony with little or no objections by the defense which occurred before defense counsels asked for a mistrial, after returning from lunch. Perhaps you were referring to the many objections that occurred during afternoon testimony and you didn't understand that it was the during cross examination by trump's attorney and the objections were by the people? Can you point out where the Judge "screwed up?" I could use some morning entertainment. word of advice: If you accuse others of lying or misleading, you might be more careful of your own statements... I won't play your game and say you were deliberately trying to mislead... its poor form. |
