If someone posts a video and the original post contains less than 50 characters, after they hit "Submit" it would be kind of nice to prompt them to at least include a brief synopsis. I'm not saying to stop them from posting, just to gently nudge them not to "waste site resources".
I'm not suggesting this for replies, only for original posts.
