The 2x8 makes sense, hard to really secure big double doors like that.

Anyone notice the 4 locks on the master bath door?!? Then there are some high up slide locks on the bedroom doors. That place is awful. Love the kitchen with wrap around bar. Floor plan is really cool.

I think the new owner needs to set aside about 10-20% of the final sale price to have a professional trash removal crew empty the place and a professional sanitation crew come in and deep clean. Then spend maybe another 25% or so getting rid of the f--k shack/rape venue vibe so you could actually live there somewhat comfortably.
The stories those walls could tell... |

My ex girlfriend’s dad was this guys chemistry teacher and was pretty good friends with the dude. Good enough friends that he was given a sliver of the business back in the day.
