Colorado almost had another crazy comeback game.
They certainly made it interesting in a game that I was pretty sure was over early in the 3rd. There have been quite a few games that I thought were over only to be proven wrong. |

Got my beer and just turned the game on.
Go Panthers! Edit- Classy Boston, throwing shit on the ice in the 3rd. 4-0 after the PP. Probably going to get a bit ugly again. |

Rangers going for the gentleman’s sweep

Honestly, I would've been ok with the Rags sweeping the Canes. I do not like the Rangers. History is always fun. Since that's not the case, Canes FTW

Ave's are playing like garbage and simply giving up. Sloppy plays, turning the puck over constantly, slow to react to anything period and now their leaders are throwing tantrums on the ice.

[#23]
Well, the Rangers didn't finish off the Canes, but my youngest made his 14AA hockey team so I'll call that a win

Tbf, Otter was a brick wall last night and the Stars D really stepped up all over the place and just suffocated the Avs to death in the 3rd It ain't over yet tho so go Stars! |

Boston fans going to throw stuff again?
No goalie interference call on the Florida goal to tie it up at 2-2 after Boston challenged it. Lots of missed calls tonight but that one could go either way. Bennett made contact with Coyle that "knocked" him into Swayman. Swayman was way out of position, looked like he didn't know where the puck was, and didn't even try to push/move to the other side. You could also make the argument that Coyle was already moving in that direction, the contact wasn't crazy, and Coyle was trying to sell it. |

Oof... Boeser got the first goal taken away.
Vancouver was able to hold onto the lead after a late push. Silovs has been amazing. Game ended with some extracurriculars and McDavid took a double crosscheck, one in the back and one to his face/neck. Another game with some terrible/questionable calls and a number of big no-calls. |

View Quote Canucks are living dangerously. Silovs has stepped way up and done more than they could have asked, but he needs some help from his team up front . 7 miserable sog through 2nd and 3rd periods from canucks while letting the kid face 36 in those same periods, and 45 overall. I had a real hard time watching that. Glad for the win, but they need to get their shit together and keep their goalie from getting shelled like that again. |

So what’s going on with Marchand? It’s not like I miss the smarmy little prick but for a battler like him to sit a playoff game out, he must be hurting.

I admit that the Bruins have not played very well and always seem to be late to the puck but that was about as obviously a penalty and no goal due to rule as it gets.

I thought that SHG by Trouba was the back-breaker for the Canes since they had dominated the 2nd up till then. It is crazy how many of these games get won by the team that got scored on first. |

The Rags have 2 more ass whippings coming their way. They’re getting reverse swept. No way they win game 6 in Carolina after losing 2 in a row and getting drubbed for (4) 3rd period goals. Game 7 would be at MSG but after losing 3 in a row they’ll crack under pressure. Carolina is the better team and they’ve outplayed NY the entire series. If their PP hadn’t randomly went into the toilet this series would be over already. |
