I don’t think it is some grand conspiracy though.

Sure there are some underhanded things going on but more than that, it is people taking advantage of the system.

It’s the human nature and it’s influence on government and the bureaucracy.

It happens time and time again.

The difference now though, because of technology, it is happening much more rapidly than in the past and everyone sees it.

And the real trouble is, although most people are aware of what is going on, they are either playing ostrich or acting like Nero.
