Went and saw, Late night with the Devil last weekend.
Excellent flick. Highly recommended if you like the spooky, tension filled flicks. It’s a very fun film, nothing too scary, just a good, spooky story with lots of tension. Kinda like, what’s going to happen next? The found footage type of filming works great. The little demon possessed girl is great, she’s creepy even just sitting in her seat, staring at the camera. All the acting was great in this. The lead guy is great, he really comes off as a late night host. The end gets a little crazy, goofy & campy, but overall it works with the story. Saw this recently. I'm not a fan of horror films at all. But I enjoyed it.

It’s… probably not as bad as you think it is.

For sure, I’m not real big on horror flicks either, but this one stands out with that lost footage deal, but it’s not shaky cam footage like so many other ones. The “behind the scenes” scenes were just enough to give you a break from the tension, while giving you a glimpse of the real persona of the characters. It’s a really well done film. |

Not a lot of horror movie fans?
Or title isn’t well known, so people don’t know what this thread is about? Anyone else see it? It was limited release. |

My wife does reviews of horror movies for a horror website. I usually watch with her and give my opinion. Lots of them are pretty terrible B-movies that suck. Every now and then we find a gem. She got a screener version of this and we watched it at home last week. We both enjoyed it, one of the better ones she's gotten in quite a while.

Just watched the trailer a couple days ago, and put it on my Amazon watch list.
Looks like the do a good job with the 70's vibe in the filming. |

Good ride. Besides the horror aspect, the crafting of the 70s TV vibe is super meticulous, quite impressive, and is very immersive and adds to the experience. |

Hey guys, glad this post is still going.
Yeah, the movie was really good. Well done on many fronts. I can see this becoming a Halloween night classic. It’s not scary per se, it’s a suspenseful build up to a crazy & wild ending. If you like suspense & tension with a wild pay off, then you’ll really like this movie. |
