I don't understand how you guys go through so many jeeps. I have had 3 or 4. I sold them as they became too much of a trail rig to drive. But 3 or 4 JKs...how does that happen?

What do you have planned? IDK im gonna play it slow. The xj has 33's and clayton long arms, and i really liked that combo and really cut my teeth on it. XJ's are a lot of work much past that though. So I'm thinking claytons and 35's. I don't want to go much bigger than that because thats where most of my friends that have been down that road have lost interest or cashed out. Nice thing about working at a shop is having access to a hoist and being able to do stuff at your own pace. This is that "one" rig that you get and keep until you're an old fart, and you take it out of the shed at the cabin once a month to cruise up the mountain with the top down. |

It'll probably be a slow restore and end up a MB imitation with color and such. It's actually my wife's toy, I just get to do all the work.
