The tweet embed doesn’t appear to work since Twitter rebranded to X. Is there a solution to embedding tweets?

Do you know about removing the "?" and everything after?
The change needed is some instructions in the pop up box to embed I think. |

X changed everything with embeds, including a paid service (which we are paying for). If you can share the tweet you are trying to embed in here (try to share it), we can probably figure out the issue.

This is what a link looks like if you just copy it: https://x.com/johnhackerla/status/1692392959252340982?s=(number)&t=(some gobbledygook) If you delete the question mark and everything after, and replace “x” with “twitter” it embeds like before. This will work: https://twitter.com/johnhackerla/status/1692392959252340982 Could we change it though so it will accept x.com and not just twitter.com? Would save the extra step. |

This brand change by Twitter is beyond weird. Elon took a brand that is so ubiquitous that it has become a verb, and change it to something that cannot be used interchangeably.
"I tweeted it" or "Did you see that tweet?" "I X'd it" or "Did you see that X'd?"  |
