[Last Edit: stone-age]
I've been using my phone to view arf.com for a long time and it's been fine. Now suddenly  the screen is stretched out left and right and I have to scroll back and forth to see the whole thing. If I shrink it down small enough to where I can see the whole thing the letters are tiny and way too small to read. I'm on an Android phone. Any guesses as to what I have done whether it has to do with my phone or something I did with the arf.com site?

I guess so. I don't have the app. I probably don't really understand your question.

There's no app, there's two view options for the site, Full view and mobile view. You somehow got out of mobile view into full view. Click the mobile site view down at the bottom right and it will put you back into mobile view.

That's not something I would ever admit whether I did it or not.

Okay, thanks again. Full view was absolutely maddening.

Isn't that specific to certain web browsers? I don't see any vertical dots anywhere in safari.

Browser cookies can (and should) eventually expire - you probably didn't do anything.

I do see it on mine, I'm using chrome. And there is a button on that for desktop view which I probably accidentally pressed. Never again. I'm going to put a piece of duct tape over so I can't press it by accident.

sometimes it seems to randomly switch to full site view once in awhile for me.  Possibly the cookies as someone above posted? It doesn't do it if I clear mine so not sure.

When in mobile if you want full site view it's here:

It's also possible you accidentally hit that if you had the menu open.

It's as much of a state of mind as it is a generation.
