Not a corvette guy per se.
Work buddy bought it about 2 weeks ago. Less than 500 miles on it. 700hp, in a very light weight car = Holy fuck. I can't describe it any other way. No way I'm dumping $150k on a car, but I gotta tell you. If you ever get a chance to drive one it'll make you think about it. Attached File Attached File |

LOL. The seats look like the gaming chair I am sitting in. Maybe I could just by the simulated version and save some $$.

Good looking vehicles for sure.

Find around and fuck out.
Aren't they RPM limited until the 500 mile break in?
Is the interior plastic fantastic or have they upscaled it to be more than an expensive rocketsled?
How does it handle while doing 10 under the speed limit in the passing lane?
They look good but $150k for a Corvette is wayyy to much money. The depreciation on that versus like a Porsche is akin to lighting money on fire.

Never before has so much been owed by so many to so few.

I consider it the first real American production supercar. It's badass.

I had a C8, and if I get another one, that exactly how I’d spec it: black Z06 convertible.

View Quote Stitching was quality, materials, fit and finish, but where the door trim meets the dash trim on the passenger side, it's not flush and is off by like 1/4". It's not terrible, but you wouldn't get that in a Ferrari. But a Ferrari would also cost 3 to 4x. |

Dealerships around here still want a minimum 20k above sticker. Maybe 1 day when prices come down I'll look at 1. Till them, I'll still rock my zl1.

Love a mid engine car, AMX was always my favorite. I’d buy one, except I don’t like going fast anymore. :-) |

I had the pleasure of riding in a Viper. Would I pick it over a C8? No, but if I could have both, I would. |

You're paying for the unrecoverable luxury and performance. |

Hell, my M2C had all the power I’d ever want on the street. 6MT in my BGTS That said, while the lack of a manual excluded the corvette from my list when I was shopping, there’s no doubt that it’s incredibly impressive engineering and far, far faster than my car. |
